We do not use any preservatives in our sweets, so all products should be stored covered in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Shortbread cookies and biscotti are best eaten within 4 weeks. All other products are best consumed within 5-10 days. Brownies and bars can be refrigerated to extend shelf life.

Our products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some cookies may not contain all of these products, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.

Shipping
As all our products are made to order, please allow up to 4 business days to ship out your order. We offer overnight delivery via USPS, however, most of our packages are shipped using USPS priority mail. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We cannot offer international shipping. Whimsy & Spice is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS or USPS due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.

We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately, we can't guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. If a package is greatly damaged, however, please contact us.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in its original, unopened packaging for a refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.
